Microsurgical disc surgery in the lumbar spine is rarely necessary, since in most cases, endoscopic surgery is possible.
However, if unfavorable anatomic conditions exist, for example, as a result of an additional narrow spinal canal or when a disc is present with recurrence of scarring, then because of the use of additional instruments to remove the scar, the microscope will be taken. Even a microsurgical operation is performed with high safety for the patient and minimally invasive.
